Welcome to Ticketnatix (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you (“User,” “Event Organizer,” or “Ticket Buyer”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Ticketnatix.
1. Overview of Ticketnatix Services
Ticketnatix provides an online platform that allows event organizers to sell tickets and attendees to purchase tickets for various events. We facilitate ticket transactions but do not organize or manage the events.
2. Account Registration
•Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
•Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
3. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers must:
✔️ Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, ticket price, etc.).
✔️ Ensure their event complies with local laws and regulations.
✔️ Issue refunds or manage disputes according to their own refund policies.
✔️ Not use Ticketnatix for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal events.
Event Verification
All events listed on Ticketnatix are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject or remove any event that does not meet our standards of legitimacy.
4. Ticket Sales & Pricing
Ticketnatix charges a fixed rate per ticket to the organizer:
•1-50 tickets: $1.20 per ticket
•51-100 tickets: $1.50 per ticket
•101-1000 tickets: $2.00 per ticket
•1000-onwards tickets: $2.50 per ticket
•2.9% credit card processing fee applies to all transactions.
No hidden fees. No monthly subscriptions.
All ticket prices are set by event organizers, and Ticketnatix is not responsible for price disputes between organizers and buyers.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
•Event organizers are responsible for handling refunds and cancellations.
•Ticketnatix does not issue refunds unless an error occurs on our platform.
•If an event is canceled, refunds will be handled directly by the event organizer.
Ticketnatix fixed rate fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
Chargebacks: If a ticket buyer disputes a charge, the event organizer is responsible for providing proof of purchase and event attendance.
6. Payment Processing & Payouts
•Ticket payments are processed through third-party payment gateways "Stripe"
•Payouts to event organizers will be made based on the chosen payout schedule.
•Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the event organizer.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
Selling fraudulent or misleading tickets.
Hosting events that promote illegal activities.
Using automated bots or scrapers to manipulate sales or listings.
Attempting to bypass Ticketnatix’s fees or payment processing system.
Ticketnatix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
•Ticketnatix is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or issues caused by organizers.
•We do not guarantee event quality, security, or accuracy of event details.
•Ticketnatix is not liable for any financial loss, personal injury, or damages related to an event.
•Our platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Intellectual Property
•All trademarks, logos, and content on Ticketnatix belong to the company or its respective owners.
•Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Ticketnatix after an update means acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

Ticketnatix Payout Policy for Organizers
At Ticketnatix, we prioritize fairness, security, and transparency for both event organizers and ticket buyers. To ensure a smooth and reliable payout process, we follow these guidelines:
Payout Timeline
•Payouts will be processed within 7 days after the event date.
•In some cases, depending on transaction verifications, payouts may take up to 14 days to allow for any last-minute cancellations, chargebacks, or refund requests.
Why This Policy?
•This safeguard prevents event cancellations after tickets have been sold.
•It ensures that all transactions are legitimate and final before funds are released.
•It protects both organizers and attendees from potential disputes.
How Payouts Work
